This folder contains images for your enjoyment from various Artbeats (TM)
titles. This is only a small sampling of the large volume of images
available.

Artbeats Software Inc, a recognized and dedicated leader in the industry,
develops and distributes libraries of high quality backgrounds, textures,
and special effects. Artbeats offers collections for desktop publishing,
multimedia, video, 3D texture mapping, web design, and broadcast video. All
are available on CD-ROM for multiple platforms.

Artbeats is proud to offer a sampling from the following products for your use:

City Surfaces:
This CD contains over 90 images suitable for surface mapping on 3D objects
and as tiled backgrounds for print applications. City Surfaces includes
seamless high rise, single story, storefront, sky, street, sidewalk, and
parking lot textures. In addition, useful accessories include a teller
machine, parking meter, signs and manhole covers. They are provided as 72
dpi PICT and TIFF files in three sizes averaging 256 x 256, 512 x 512 and
1024 x 1024 pixels. The high resolution files are suitable for screen
display, film and printing applications and all of the images are licensed
for internet, broadcast, and game developers. Matching bump maps,
reflection maps, and glow maps of the images have also been included where
applicable.

Exteriors:
Like City Surfaces, Exteriors is a hybrid CD-ROM that provides a collection
of 80 seamless surfaces including brick, shingles, wood, concrete, rock and
stucco textures specifically designed with 3D rendering in mind. They are
offered with Artbeats' high quality standards for maximum useability.
Whether you are an architect, a game developer, designer, or just using the
product for fun, you will find the materials you need to create your own
unique environment. Bump maps are provided for most of the images.

Seamless Textures Collection:
A CD-ROM  containing the entire Artbeats collection of seamless images.
These 300 seamless textures and bump maps (marble, granite, wood, paper,
etc.) were designed specifically for texture mapping (great for the 3D
illustrator/renderer). Many rendering programs allow you to import a custom
image that can be wrapped around or projected onto any 3D object. These
textures can be applied anywhere the texture is desired. If placed
side-side or top-to-bottom, these textures will not show a seam.
